Synopsis of Star Trek: The Next Generation: The Mind's Eye
Geordi is captured by the mind-controlling Romulans, who subject him to an intense and thorough brainwashing session. With no will of his own, Geordi is programmed as a cold-blooded assassin. His assignment is to assassinate Klingon ambassor Kell (Larry Dobkin), thereby renewing hostilities between the Klingons and the Federation.
