For a tv movie this is very good, except the part where the wife of the firefighter is made out to be a whineing child who can't handle anything.Just like the part in all the movies where the woman trips and falls, always.but i enjoyed the movie other wise and would like to own it.

A plot full of holes, bad acting, fairly nice special effects. It's your classic "volcano" or "core" type of disaster movie where the problem is huge and nobody knows what to do, yet somebody is much more on top of things than everybody else and saves the world...or Dallas in this case.
