Fishburne's acting carries the day in this one, as he plays an ex-con, troubled by his conscience and the memories of his past misdeeds, striving to live a new life by a strict code. Basically the story of a man with a troubled past, trying to reinvent himself and redeem himself through helping others. Low production values, almost a made for TV type production, but worth a look for the performances and a glimpse into the rough life of the more marginalized in this society.

Great movie. Fishburne, as always, played a strong lead and did a great job. Well written story line, and other supporting characters were great; I love this movie and have watched many times.
