Synopsis of Itchy Fingers
Childhood chums Biggie and Tiny (Roy Chiao and Richard Ng) grow up together in the slums of Hong Kong. One of them becomes a policeman, the other a professional con-man. When it begins to appear that Tiny was set-up to take the fall for a jewel robbery, he persuades his friend Biggie to join him in stealing them back from the real robbers, including a highly respected member of Hong Kong society who bears the coveted letters O.B.E. (Order of the British Empire) after his name, and is privileged to call himself "Sir."
