This depiction of African-American college life is the directorial debut of 23-year-old Howard University graduate John Fisher. Perry (RonReaco Lee) and Stephanie (Deanna Davis) talk directly to the camera, revealing contrasting memories as they remember their relationship. Two years of conflicts have prompted them to separate before their senior year. Tammy (Jade Janise Dixon) has a boyfriend in the Army, and Perry begins dating her even though he still yearns for Stephanie.
