Le Grande Maffia (1971)

Le Grande Maffia (1971)
Member Rating:
This French film goes for extremely broad humor, as it tells the story of the various transformations undergone by a man who receives heart transplants from wildly different people. At first, he is a lustful and cowardly clerk (Francis Blanche). On receiving the heart of an important gangster, he assumes control of the same gang. However, when he gets yet another heart, this time that of a woman, he becomes very effeminate indeed. This film is notable for its use of silent-film techniques to enhance its comedic effect. ~ Clarke Fountain, Rovi
