This was a first rate film with superb acting by Forest Whitaker and Sam Waterson..an exciting storyline with potential possiblities even today..a scary scenario to say the least but possible even in todays climate...as president Eisenhower said beware of the military industrial complex rings truer today than even in the film. 31/2 stars!!

I love political movies that mix reality with fiction which this movie did with good actors.
