When New York psychiatrist Bill Capa (Bruce Willis, in an uncharacteristically un-smirking performance) visits Los Angeles to take over his murdered colleague's therapy group, he finds himself embroiled in the thick of a mystery when he bumps into (literally) Rosa (Jane March) and begins a torrid affair. Double-identities, death threats and love scenes abound as he delves deeper into the case to uncover the truth about his friend's death. ~ Jeremy Beday, Rovi

Yes, it's not a movie for the squeamish or those offended by explicit sexuality, but the story here is EXCELLENT in my opinion! This movie has drama, mystery & intrigue, suspense, and psychological twists...and of course Bruce Willis, my favorite actor. I thought Jane March did a wonderful job of portraying a disturbed & lost woman seeking her identity yet retaining innocence despite a troubled history. I loved the fact that you keep guessing "who dunnit" all throughout and still end up surprised at the end! Bruce Willis does a good job of being serious for a change, making his character believable as a shrink who's trying to deal with his own issues in the midst of the murder mystery he's been thrust into the middle of & the mysterious yet entrancing young woman that suddenly appears in his life. If you love psychological thrillers and/or mysteries, this is a great one! If you just want a nice, sweet love story, you'll want to pass on this one.

This is a fantastic thriller. Definitely not for the whole family. This film is very erotic. The story line will have you on the edge of your seat.

If you are looking for a nice quiet, romatic, love story... this isn't for you! On the other hand if you love those "nail bitters" with a surprise ending like "THE SIXTH SENSE", hang onto you seats and get ready to ask yourself questions through out this one. The deepers into the movie you get, the more, intriqued you become. So, grab the popcorn and pop, and enjoy!
