Good battle scenes and entertaining thru out the entire movie. I was surprised how much I liked it! Good ending as well! Makes you think if this could have happened in the not to distant past??? Acting is spot on too.
I was pleasantly shocked at how good 'Outlander' ended up. A really solid creature film with good, strong character development throughout. All elements of the production were extremely high quality. Jim Caviezel, John Hurt and Ron Perlman (although underutilized) embraced their characters fully and really helped realize and bring new life to an otherwise tired concept new life. Copious amount of gore and I also like the fact that the director steered away form any needless nudity. Any fan of "creature" films should view this as well as fans of fantasy and norse mythology.
