I have tried Blanks' workouts before and so I knew kind of what to expect. I am amazed at how good he is talking to the camera and coaching you through the workout. You will feel great about yourself when you can actually DO all of the exercises maybe the third or fourth time repeating the dvd. The dvd is fast paced and the exercises are killer. I recommend this dvd if you are looking for a tough workout that is fun.
