This would be a very good option for a beginner or someone who wanted a short workout. I was looking for something a little longer and more advanced. Most of the workout focuses on the core muscle group, I would have liked some additional arm and leg toning. I really liked the instructor. She's cheerful and encouraging without being annoying. She demonstrates a beginning and advanced version of most of the exercises.
I really liked the instructor, she has a beautiful body and a nice calm, centered and pleasant demeanor. I liked how she gives you the option to either advance the moves, or repeat them if you felt it was hard enough. And you don't do a whole lot of reps, you only do about 5 and then, either go to the advance move or do 5 more of the same (with a break in between). So it goes by rather quick and you don't feel like wimping out in the middle of the exercise since there is only 5. But she gets you by doing lots of different exercises, so it's a plenty good workout! Lots of new exercises and great variations of Pilates while using of the ball! Sorry I hogged this DVD guys, loved it! But I gave it back now........
