Dream Team is funny and entertaining and there are some great lines to take away from it. I've watched the movie a few times since it came out in 1989 and each time I laugh as if it were the first time I was viewing the movie. The very end of the movie is hardly believable, but you won't mind since the rest of the movie is so funny.

I loved this movie when it came out, and it still holds up well fifteen years later. There is some really funny stuff in this film. Each actor, save for Furst, plays a role it seems he was born for, especially Keaton and Lloyd. This is Michael Keaton at his best, not as crazy as Beetlejuice but still just as funny. Peter Boyle gets some great lines to go along with his Messiah complex. The film is also more touching for me now than when I originally saw it. Having children of my own now, the scene where Lloyd goes home to his wife and daughter is much more powerful to me now than when I saw it lo these many years ago. Bottom line, this is a great comedy filled with laughs that you'll get a kick out of.

This movie has a great cast that works well together. Christopher Lloyd, Michael Keaton and Peter Boyle mesh together into a good comedic team even though their comedic styles are quite different. The plot is pretty funny, its about four mental patients that get lost in the Bronx while going on an outing to a Yankees game from their mental hospital when their psychiatrist, who is the chaperone, gets mugged. The story moves along at a fast clip without hitting any snags. Highly recommended for those who like quirky comedies.
