This is one of the worst documentry's I've ever viewed. The title is mis-leading and the movie is boring. I expected a pictural and narration of Gen. Sherman's march through the south and got a boring narration of a loser's love life during an erea of the late 70's. This movie doesn't even rate one star.

BORING home movie that should have stayed in the shoebox in this guy's closet. Unfortunately, he has chosen to publish this drivel and subject the world to quite possibly the most boring home movie ever recorded. Congratulations, Ross: you suckered me in with the title. My wife and I made it through about 45 minutes before we gave up. And don't think this qualifies as an Indie film. It has all the polish of a rusty anchor and is as pointless as a ball bearing. I have never been happier to mail back a movie.

He should have changed the name of this "documentary" since he changed his subject matter. Maybe he should have called it "My Boring Bad Luck With Women. WAAAH!" 1 and a half hours of boring talk with boring people. It's like a friend bringing a home movie over from his band camp days in high school. DO NOT watch this thinking you'll gain anything from it.

This has nothing to do with history at all, and I would not recommend this to anyone. I was completely disappointed with the documentary. The alarming thing is that the producer actually received a government grant to create this, which shows how foolishly the govt spends our money.

This is the worst excuse of a documentary Ive EVER seen. There is small and I mean SMALL notes of Sherman... maybe a grand total of 10 minutes worth spread randomly throughout the movie and I think there was only that much because he coincidentally was in a location where Sherman stood or had an effect. This film is more or less some lame excuse of a whiny nobody and his lack of luck with women. You more or less get aggravated and wonder how people can be so stupid and pathetic and not kill themselves or get their butts kicked a little more often. At first I thought it was a joke then I realized he IS more or less like a REAL life Napoleon Dynamite. I wouldn't even recommend to watch this movie stoned or drunk.

This drivel is a waste of 3 hours. Barely does Gen. Sherman or his monuments even get mentioned. This is a D movie of an insolvent 30-something guy trying to re-live his past girlfriends and meet Southern women to mooch off of. I'd re-title it "Carpetbaggers on A Budget".

A very clever movie! Unscripted and unforgetable characters. Though made in the mid-80's, it is not time-bound and surely to be a delight for anyone.
