Steve Martin is a comedic genious!! This movie will have you in stitches from beginning to end. The supporting cast does an amazing job. All very well acted and incredibly funny. One to own.

Some where between Stripes and Mash, a military comedy, no real action decent plot. If anything this movie seems rushed, or trying put to much into one movie. Less your a fan the series it's based off of, you hardly get to know Bilko, let alone his unit. Character devolpment just isn't there, and plot advances on it's own. Still the jokes are funny, if the theme tying it together isn't so great.
