I think this is the best Halloween of the series! For one, it goes into detail about how Michael got his reign of terror from a celtic curse.Second,the gore (lots of it)! Last,well the gore, but the actors were great too! The other Halloweens don't go into detail about Michael's rage, and gives you the "cold shoulder",but this one is a masterpiece! I gave it 4 stars because its kinda short,but don't let that stop you from watching this awesome thrill ride! Also rent Halloween:h20 because it rocks too!Don't rent Halloween:Resurrection. Read More I was so let down by this movie! I love all of the Halloween sequels, 4, 5, H2O, and that other one, but I never got the chance to see this cause my local video store doesn't have it. Man!!! It sucked so bad! They replaced Jamie Lloyd, they introduced an entire new family. I know that some Strodes ADOPTED Laurie, but not these ones. They are NO relation to Micheal Myers, whatsoever. Yes, they are living in the house, because the father is a cruel jerk. Also, there was this stupid subplot that invovled college kids (a college in such a small town?) trying to make a political statement. Oh boy. I made myself sit through this because it was the 4th movie I got and I didn't want to admit my huge mistake, but it was just bad. It was in the mail the very next morning! Read More WHERE DO I START?: the Meyer's house doesn't look a thing like the one in the original Halloween, the leading girl can't act to save her life, the rest of the cast does just as poor, the new plot line of a secret coven protecting Meyers and kidnapping Lomis, the girl, and the guy is so perposterous, I wanted to kick the TV screen in!
