It made me wonder why folks live lives like this. We know there are folks who are real life models of this film, but then you ask why. Some great scenes and some less believable ... but its the actors themselves that carry the film and catch your attention. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No | ||

I don't know how I feel about the movie as a whole. Aparently guzzling bottles of alcohol every day in an effort to kill yourself is bad for you. Apparently going into hotel rooms with groups of strangers for the purposes of protitution is dangerous. Why did I need to see the equivalent of a two hour theatrical version of a six second car accident? I guess my biggest annoyances were all the cameo appearances. It was depressing, pornographic in strange ways, and was in no way at all an enjoyable movie. Nicolas Cage is a good actor in this movie, but that is the only positive thing I can think of saying about this movie.n Overall, don't bother. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? I thought it was disgusting and should merit an X rating. I have liked Nicholas Cage in other films and I realize it is just a character that he plays, but I'd have thought he'd have drawn the line before he acted in smut.
