Live Nude Girls (1995) Reviews

I sat through this moie and it felt like a flashback movie, since Dana and Kim are already much older than in the movie. There are a number of flashbacks in the movie that showcases the various trysts and activities of the ladies, but I just didn't understand where they got the title of this movie from? While there was some nudity in the movie, the title of "live nude girls" grossly mis-represents this movie. 90% of this movie takes place in the one of the ladies home, so the producers saved a bundle on lots of sets and extravagent settings. Oh, I know, this movie reminded me of watching the View, but in a movie format, and with different ladies. They do a lot of sitting around and talking, in fact, that's pretty much all that they do. I thought about fast forwarding through the movie, but I had to see if it would get better somehow. It didn't and the plot was weak and a bit of a stretch to even make this movie.

Saw this on TV last night 7/2009 and although tired & ready for bed, I stayed up and watched the whole thing. I wanted to see the end of it even when she was ready for sleep. A good comedy for the ladies who can appreciate the character's situations. I would recommend for most ladies BUT not for younger ladies due to the graphic talk and some sexual scenes. Dana Delany as well as Cattrall fans will appreciate this flick
