He was brilliant as a child actor. This may be Johnny Depp's film, but every actor in this film is wonderful, and DiCaprio absolutely steals the movie. Read MoreI'm a Depp fan and never before gave much thought to DiCaprio. In this film, DiCaprio's portrayal of the mentally retarded Arnie is just about the most believable performance I've ever seen. And Depp has never done, and in fact is probably incapable of doing, anything poorly. My husband didn't care for the movie much (not enough macho action I guess), but my teen son and I thought it was one of the best. This film touches so deeply on family relationship and the love that runs so deep within even disfunctional families. I absolutely loved it! Close this ReviewWAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes
