This was the first Bette Davis movie that I've ever watched and she shines and dazzles in this wonderful story of ambition and betrayal. The characters are very engaging and Ann Baxter's Eve really pulls you in to the vortex of life in the celebrity limelight. George Sanders earned his Support Actor Oscar and introduces us to a lovely Marilyn Monroe. Runtime is a bit long but is worth it. Special features are also very good with some great background on the making of the film and its cast and director.
