With the revival of Real R & B(Amy Winehouese, Mark Ronson, etc)this movie shows the love & affection that our overseas brothers & sisters have for Classic R & B. Wonderfully acted, great musical numbers & incredible story. Turn off your cell phones, get off the internet, & turn up the volume(5.1 Dolby finally, earlier editions were in 2.0) & have a great time. I would love to see an american remake. For extra added viewing enjoyment, rent Standing in the Shadows of Motown!!!!! Amazing documentary about the backup band for Motown...The Funk Brothers!!!!!

This is a must-see for anyone in a band. The heavy Irish accents might be a little much for some people, but pay attention, you don't want to miss any of the dialogue.
