Six graduate students studying the childhood home of a notorious serial killer get to spend some quality time with their murderous subject when he escapes from custody and returns to the place where his reign of terror began. James Bennett (Silas Weir Mitchell) claimed numerous lives before being locked away in a maximum security mental hospital, and when he senses an opportunity for escape, he takes it. Meanwhile, a group of college students working on their thesis papers arrive at James' childhood home in hopes of discovering just what could have turned a normal young boy into such a ruthless killer. Ok I stopped watching, pretty much at the beginning. I like scary horror, this was so stupid. Like an 80's Halloween or Friday the 13th make out movie. Worse was I swear I saw Lindsey Lohan's dad. I shut it off.

I read all the bad reviews "after" the movie was shipped out so was pleasantly surprised while watching. After getting past the first couple of rough scenes, I found the story line and characters likeable.
