Get an all-access pass behind the scenes of the presidency as filmmakers trace the political journey of Barack Obama from his days as a Chicago senator to his current status as Commander in Chief. Explore the grass roots effort to get him elected by witnessing his landmark first victory in Iowa and following him on the road during the punishing primary campaign. Later, Obama is sworn into the presidency at the historical inauguration that named him the first African American president in the history of the United States. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi
If you have a puny little biased brain, then you need not watch this movie because it will make you commit suicide.
Otherwise, the movie is about the election and how he won the hearts of the people to become the president...nothing more, nothing less. The documentation of this movie is accurate and interesting specially to those of you who want to understand the mechanics of our country's election system. If you want to review his performance as president, post it somewhere else. This review should be limited to how the movie was presented, how it was documented, the cinematography or the overall presentation.
Was this movie necessary to make? He won, we know he won. He didn't win because he was the best canidate, he won because he was the best who ran. Very propaganda movie about our voting system.
I'm trying to be as objective as possible here, but the movie wasn't. It makes Obama out to be the Messiah...showing no negatives on his part. Documentaries are never going to be completely objective, but a little attempt at it would be nice.
More films of the worst president in the history of America. At least he can be in a new film called one term monkey POTUS with gorilla face first lady
If you're a right wing wacko, don't bother watching this movie. You'll hate it. As for the rest of the world & the majority of American citizens? You'll will love it. Once again...if you're a wingnut, don't watch it, the rest of the world, go for it.
Obama's policies, along with a Democratic Congress, are destroying a once strong nation. He's shutting down Gitmo, while former inmates there are out trying to destroy us. He's letting Eric Holder try these foreign murders as regular criminals, and not letting the military handle it as they should. He doesn't seem to take terrorism seriously - took him 3 days to respond to the Christmas day attempt to blow up a plane over Detroit. Apparently playing golf was more important. He's also bankrupting our nation. He's already ran us almost 2 trillion in debt in ONE YEAR, and his health care proposal is going to put us in even more debt. He says it'll reduce the deficit, but if anyone actually believes that, I've got some WMDs in Iraq to sell ya. Seems like no one in his admin has actually read the constitution, because they are trampling all over it. Time to boot out any Democrat OR Republican who doesn't take personal liberty seriously.
