I give this movie 5 stars! If you want entertainment and a good laugh, this movie will not let you down. Cary Grant and Katherine Hepburn are marvelous together, and they will keep you in stitches from start to finish. Katherine Hepburn performance during the jail scene is nothing but pure comedic genius. I will never tire of watching this great, timeless masterpiece.

This is a comedy with universal appeal. Katharine and Cary both are at comedic genius in their physicality and also their onscreen chemistry, which is apparent from the first scenes and continues throughout the movie. I watched this film with primarily non-english speakers, and even they understood the film without understanding the language--and they loved it wholeheartedly.

When a movie is this good, it leaves little to be said. Grant and Hepburn are always superb. The movie has you laughing all the way through. That is a real treat, since there were little or no special affects in those days. It is all pure and delightful acting. A real treat.
