Movie had so much potential and the acting was great. Humor was different and dry but still funny. The plot was just so boring & in the beginning it seemed that the movie would go well but it just didn't quite make it. Extremely long for a movie this boring. If you have nothing to do I STILL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOVIE

Rachael Leigh Cook,who had a breakout performance in "She's All That", shows once again that she is the Princess of Indie Films(That is if you feel that Parker Posey is the Queen.) She has an enjoyable and believable role as Bob Funk's only true friend. She is also funny as a klutz that distroys everything she touches. Too bad Rachael hasn't had the same luck with mainstream films(i.e. "Josey And The Pussycats","Get Carter",and"Antitrust"). She's good but usually the film is so bad that they don't remember how good she is. The whole cast is great and film is a "dramedic" look at how an alcoholic falls then picks himself up again.

It's the type of movie, where at the BEGINNING- you Think "hmm, this movie COULD be good". But then as the minutes drag by-- you now are very bored and by the one hour mark you are actually ANNOYED with the character named "BOB". I cant believe I watched the whole movie without shutting it off.Terrible -Terrible piece of garbage.
