Read More This movie is entertaining, but inaccurate with the facts of Wonder Woman and other characters in the DC universe. First off, Hades is completely different in this film than in any depiction including Greek mythology. Secondly, they place Tartarus in a volcano rather than Themyscira. Third, Ares may gain strength from acts of war, but that should not allow him the ability to summon the dead like Hades nor use lightning like Zeus as he does in this film. I must warn though, I watched it with my two kids who are superhero fans, and I felt it was a little too rough for them with the violence and sexual references. I've rented the WonderWoman TV show DVD's for her and she was amazed to see her hero kickin' bad guy butt. The animation is great, but may not be for younger children.
