It sure has all the makings of a tv movie. The extra half a star was because it had a half way interesting storyline, I did not say great storyline. I said half way interesting.

Termination Point is a made for TV movie. The special effects are real cheesy. The worm hole looks like it was copied and pasted from the old Kurt Douglas classic, The Final Countdown, that was made almost 30 years ago. Lou Diamond Phillips invents a transporter than can send people via a worm hole into to a different place and time. The military wished to use it as a weapon so he steals it and goes on a plane that happens to have the family of the government's top security agent, Jason Priestley, on board. Bad people attempt to shoot down the plane so he uses the device to send the plane into another dimension. They cannot return because of dead batteries and a broken remote. Jason Priestley, the agent, races against killers and the destructive worm hole to find the second remote to save his family and the entire universe. Termination Point is reached when this worm hole will completely destroy the entire galaxy. Should have called 1-800-remote.

Just watch and enjoy it. It's cool also.

All the elements of 24: huge stakes, agent's family in peril, only one lead at a time, computer wizard, mole, rogue agents, gov't conspiracy. Unfortunately, it doesn't hold together. Really loved the last gunfight, in which Caleb's protected from bullets by a sheet rock wall.

It was ok. it had a suspense thing going on. I was hoping that the vortex would devour the planet earth. But then again, they live happily ever after.
