Starts out a bit slow, but then it starts to pick up. A few of the fight scenes I didn't enjoy because of sudden camera movements and the lighting was dark. Overall, it's a fairly good action movie in the same sense as the first art of war. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No

Read More As good a movie as the first Art of War movie was, the sequel was equally bad. I was very disappointed because I think Wesley Snipes is a great actor and have thoroughly enjoyed almost every one of his movies. This however is a real travesty. Snipes is no longer a secret agent. In this movie he is transformed into stupid agent. In this movie he is completely inept by trusting the wrong people and he is responsible for getting almost every one of his friends/associates killed. The plot is worn, weak, uneven, choppy, idiotic plot.....they try and surprise you with the sleeper bad guy but hey if you have half a brain you know who it is the second the character is introduced....and you are amazed that gullible Snipes could have been a secret agent at all. And what is that weird dance scene all about in the dojo? Please Wesley don't waste your great talent on another movie like this!! Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No

Read More I agree with some of the reviewers that the cinematography in the movie was hardly bearable. Besides the shoddy camera work, the plot did leave ALOT to be desired. Wesley's acting was very mechanical, and the fight scenes (especially the weird dance thing) were extremely lack luster. I decided to watch it because I thought the first one was decent, but it really seemed like Wesley rehearsed and shot this in a week. I really hope he gets back into films from 'A' studios.
