Read MoreThe first "Art of War" movie was OK - not sterling, but entertaining. This movie almost seemed like a random, chaotic jumble of cut scenes from other Wesley Snipes action movies spliced together by students in a high school AV room. Distracting character interactions, meaningless references (that must have been inside jokes) . . . even Snipes just seemed to be going through the motions. Put this one in the "must miss" category. Read MoreThis one is okay for Entertainment. It is not Wesley's best work, but it is okay. I think the weak link in this Movie is the Script, I think maybe the Script is a touch weak. The Plot is okay, a couple interesting twists to the story. The Music is good, Acting is okay, Directing is good, the Sets were awesome, so this Movie has all the good action scenes and depth you would expect, but you just get the feeling some where along the line that it all isn't enough. I think the lines in the Script may have created that effect. Cause everyone else seemed to be doing a good job. Camera work was good, Audio was good, it was okay for entertainment. But for some reason it seemed a little weak. I'm still not sure why it gives you that feeling. Close this ReviewWAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

The wow stands for very bad.... I truley think Wesley has now joined the likes of Steven Seagal and Van Damn. They should all do a movie together and call it Washed UP WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Read MoreWorth watching if you don't have anything better to do and like action movies. Probably would have been less disappointing if it wasn't a sequel to a pretty good action movie. Plot was pretty obvious and the bad guys impossibly corrupt and stereotyped. However, there were good fight scenes and decent effects. Pop a beer and watch - but don't expect too much.
