Don't waste your time renting this movie. BUY IT INSTEAD! You will want to watch it over and over. It skewers the left in this country by merely presenting it as it is. At the same time it delivers an unabashed pro -USA message. You will laugh, you will get a lump in your throat (wait until the concert scene at the end when it pans the audience), and you will shout out proud to be American. Take that Hollywood!

Worth watching from beginning to end. Dennis Hoper, Kelsey Grammer, and John Voight are wonderful in their roles. Kevin Farley was absolutely splendid as Michael Moore. (I especially like the scenes where he is slapped; very cathartic!) Some of the reviewers who gave it one star call it "pro-war and government propaganda" (?), but most certainly watched Michael Moore's "documentaries" with wild-eye glee! For once, when Conservatives dare to make a movie representing their views (and exposing the Left), they are viciously attacked. Libs make movies all the time taht are vicious attacks to the Right, yet nobody calls them what they are: anti-war and Left-wing propaganda pieces of trash!

It's just not funny. I sat there for an hour without laughing.

What fun! It was like spending 90 minutes with Ann Coulter. If you find good conservative satire funny, you'll love this!

This had some VERY funny bits in it. ...a bit silly, but hilarious in parts. It's refreshing to see something with a conservative viewpoint coming out of Hollywood for a change. We all need to patronize these efforts in order to put more balance into the movies being offered. Kevin Farley bears an uncanny resemblance to Michael Moore and since I loved the "Airplane" and "Naked Gun" movies for their silliness, this was also a lot of fun for me.

I was really looking forward to watching this movie from the pre-release hype. I liked the idea of it, but it's a comedy......I expect "funny". I watched about 40 minutes and I just couldn't finish. Didn't want to waste my time. Good concept, but the jokes just fell flat.

I did not like this movie at all. I tried to give it some time but to be honest, we turned it off about 20 minutes through it because it was so stupid.

I loved this movie! Because it proves what I've always thought... right-wingers have a lame sense of humor. This movie was so bad my puke got sick. This is not a movie to watch for the jokes (I've heard better jokes at my nieces teddy-bear tea parties), this is a movie for Americans who can't deal with critisism and need reassurance that they are not alone in their insecurties. Listen up people who liked (or will like) this movie: it's okay to disagree with our American government; it doesn't mean you are a traitor or unpatriotic--it means you have your own mind. That 's one of the principles this country's founded on--the people's voice. There's nothing more patriotic than keeping the government in check because it's OUR country. But if you ARE one of the few people who genuinly enjoyed (or will enjoy) this movie because you actually thought it was funny, well, then there's no hope for you. If you'd like, I'll see if I can get you an invite to the next teddy-bear tea party.
