Read More I used to like Steven Seagal movies in his earlier years but he got more and more full of himself and always had some message or agenda. I just liked the action. Let's face it, he's not some great actor; but his movies are usually full of action. This was a pleasant surprise. It was much like his older movies and a lot of fun to watch. I didn't feel like he was preaching at us and I didn't feel like he was taking himself too seriously. It was just an action packed movie that was a lot of fun to watch. Acting is finally decent and fight scenes were choreographed much better than his usual. I really hated seeing his previous fight scenes where they would keep switching to different camera positions during the fight so the actors didn't even have to perform any moves and what's worse are the fight scenes that occured in the dark (Glimmer Man) so you definately couldn't see how bad the choreography was. Can you believe it? The gunfight at the end of this movie is much better than expected for the typical martial arts movie. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No | ||
