Extremely funny, filled with both hilarious observations of the plot and characters of Star World as well as bringing back re-occurring themes and characters from Family Guy, it's a perfect meld of the two franchises. It features official John Williams music (with a jibe at Danny Elfman thrown in for good measure) and each camera shot is taken directly from "A New Hope". Read More This spoof was a scene-for-scene reproduction of Episode IV - A New Hope, produced with a level of detail that only the most hardcore Star Wars geeks could achieve. My favorite part was when Peter (as Han Solo) had Brian (as Chewbaka) help him move a discarded couch he spotted in the Death Star's trash compactor to the Millenium Falcon amidst fire from Imperial Storm Troopers. The beginning started off great and I thought it was going to be an awesome movie, but it just seemed to start going down hill with a few good jokes every now and then. I own all the Family Guy season's and movies, but I don't think I will buy this one. I might watch it again to see if it is better the second time, but it is not as good as I thought it was going to be. It was nice to watch the whole Star Wars Episode IV in less than an hour. If you are a family guy fan, then this is worth at least a watch.WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No | ||
