Read MoreThis is just another bad movie. The only thing good about this one is Gabrielle Anwar. She does a decent acting job in it but she's the only good actress in this movie. The plot of jumbled and it jumps back and forth and at times makes no sense what so ever. Do yourself a favor and rent another. As a horror film it leaves alot to be desired. CORNY! Take the dog for a walk for 90 minutes....you'll feel much better than watchin this waste. This is by far the worst out of this years series!! WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Although the movie started out pretty interesting, it digressed into an unwatchable level. I couldn't watch the whole thing. The reviews I read before renting it really were misleading.

The movie starts out in immediate confusion because the characters, who are supposed to be childhood friends, don't even act like it. They are all very bitter and annoying, mostly, lol. There are about 4 scary parts and they are all pointless because they last for about a second and you have to sit through about 20 minutes of long, boring, and seemingly endless droll before you even get to the scary parts. Read MoreCrazy Eights is the best of this year's 8 largely dissapointing Afterdark Horrorfest films --none of which were on par with last year's selections. It has a spooky setting, a good storyline, and plenty of scares along the way. The acting is glaringly weak in some spots, and the writers overlook some pretty big issues to advance the storyline. If I were in a car, and kept passing the same building over and over again without turning around --I would be pretty freaked out. As with many large casts, some interesting characters get lost in the shuffle, I would have liked to know more them. Perhaps 'CRAZY THREES' would have better told this story. But in spite of its weaknesses, I enjoyed the film from start to finish --and the ending really brought up some strange philosophical ideas --a great ending for a pretty good movie.
