Consignment has it all for urban movie fans. What makes Consignment stand out from the typical drug movie is it doesn't hold anything back. It shows the real violence and struggle in the dope game. The story is action packed without all the fluff in other movies used to kill time. This starts fast and never stops. Coolest part is that you get gangsters both Latino and Black that aren't shown like stereotypes. They spoke, looked, and acted real unlike most gangsters shown in Hollywood movies. Consignment has that real flavor you can't fake. My two favorite parts is when this renegade drug dealer goes on a trip of drugs and vodka. This pumping hip hop truck is playing while this guy melts down. Looked crazy. The other part was this sick shoot out that goes down between a bunch of drug dealers. I rented this at Blockbuster now I'm going to buy it for my urban DVD collection. The deleted scenes were SEXY. Don't let your girlfriend see them.

Consignment is on fire. A killer story about dealing crystal meth. Street action of people getting blasted, stabbed, and beaten trying to get ahead the only way they know how. Some of the hottest females going. No teasing. This movie has straight out nudity. That's real in the game. It showed two sides of the crystal meth hustle. One from the Black side and one from the Brown side. That was cool to do. Wildest scene was watching this long haired biker get killed execution style by a So Cal drug dealer. Looked crazy.

There is nothing flashy about this movie. Story was excellent going emotionally deeper than expected. I cheered for Tommy Jones. Most actors were pretty good even though none have been in any other movie I've seen. Best were Tim Beachum who seemed believable as anxious drug dealer Tommy Jones...Jerome Hawkins made me hate Carmelo. That means he did his job. Carmelo was not a likable character in any way. Consignment went overboard on 2 parts that seemed out of place in the movie. Asian drug addict with fully exposed breasts simulates oral sex on Carmelo for drugs. What was the point??? To not be out done later on a drug dealers mistress decides GEE why don't I strip shaking my butt for no reason??? I wish movies like this would stop feeling they have to show T & A to sell. This movie didn't need those gimmicks.
