There is tension and it is scary. Things we don't see enough of in horror films any longer. The last 20 minutes go way over the top, but it's all done in such a serious manner that it does not come off as corny. If you're a gore-hound, I promise you won't be disappointed. This is the most amount of blood I've ever seen in a "serious" horror film. I'd say the "comedic" horror counterpart would have to be Peter Jackson's "Dead Alive" as far as gallons of blood goes. This film is too good for the reputation Dimension Extreme carries along with it and even the DVD cover makes it look like another "Hostel" rip-off. Well to me, this is levels about "Hostel" or "Saw". This film will make you extremely uneasy by the end, but it holds more weight than just a blatant gross-out. I rent alot of foreign horror movies and truth be told, I hate most of them. This one is great and I will add it to my personnal dvd collection. I think this is quite possibly the most bloody brutal 82 minutes of film I have seen. The fact that an unborn baby's life is on the line during the film only serves to intensify the movie, you really cannot look away. You'll never look at a pair of scissors the same way again. Read More This movie take a pretty good idea and then sort of ruins it with really dumb victims. I cant believe how stupid they are in this movie, I almost had to turn it off it was so annoying. The thing that kep me watching was that the acting was good, even though the victims are morons. The concept it also pretty cool, but very predicatble from the start. Anyway, if you can handle every single victim getting murdered because they are mentaly retarded, then you will like the bloody mess this movie leaves behind. There is no story line, and no suspense at all. Just a little bit of people getting stabbed, and a lot of blood smeared on faces and walls. Until finally the girl has her baby on the steps, then the movie is over.

Read More I didn't know what to expect from this movie. It's about a pyscho woman who tries to steal a pregnant woman's baby during the infamous Muslim riots in France of 2006. The movie had some big plot holes ( don't cops radio for backup anymore or do pat downs) that I thought would be forgiven by a "suprise" ending but it never happened. I cut it some slack because it is a French film and maybe it had some social commentary that I didn't get. It wasn't graphic or so I think. The pyscho in the film reminded me of Mangelia Jolie (and ironically the actress looks like the love child of Arnold Swagnegger and Jolie too). Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL?
