It is a real, with dry humor-documentary stlye movie. The realtors in the movie say what your realtor is thinking. Wendy McLendon-Covey is Hi-larious! The chick that put dead bunnies on properties to get them to lower their price was insanely funny! This is how people treat realtors and I thought it was sooo funny because it's real. I did watch it all, but my goodness. It seems like it was going to be this cute comedy about people buying houses, but it was just all over the place, and not very good acting either. So I have said my peace. I would not refer this movie to anyone. Do NOT rent this movie. you could be watching something else, anything would be an improvement.
