Read MoreI really enjoyed this one, although the kids were a bit over the top nasty. I liked the ending, too. It was appropriate for the characters involved, who just couldn't connect to each other (and didn't seem that interested in finding a way.) And of course Bottle Rocket went on to launch Luke and owen Wilson and the producer of many great future movies.
Scott Prendergrast is great at understated humor. Both in his writing, directing, acting, and cinematography. I was in tears of laughter, and then touched by the ending.
