This instructional program offers a series of poses inspired by the Ancient tradition of balancing Yin and Yang in all things, including the human body. ~ Perry Seibert, Rovi
The first disc is primarily just a lecture. The second disc is good. I like the practice. This was the first time I actually had a DVD to follow. The problem is that I really do not think he does a good job on the lecture. His concept of yin and yang works with yoga, but I do not feel he understands the entire philosophical concept overall. Yin is symbolized by water/softness and yang with hard/solid not the other way around. If you can ignore that, it is a good practice and I highly recommend trying it.
