Non-stop suspense and action. I love how they were smart enough to incorporate the great special effects without going overboard. Great acting. Keeps you glued to the TV. Who could argue with some muscle bound action guy blowing up stuff in an amazing plot of acion? This movie was only beat by the third Terminator. Arnold renders all other competition useless. This is a great movie and so ahead of it's time for special effects. A great film for it's time and a great one to go and look back every now and then. If you liked the first movie, you will definitely like the second movie. I think it is one of the best ones. Such a great cast, a definite must see. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Read MoreTerminator 2 is definately the best movie of the terminator trilogy. Robert Patrick plays his best role ever as the superior T-1000 liquid metal Terminator. Arnold returns as the same model from Terminator 1, but this time he is sent back to protect John Connor from the T-1000. Everytime the 2 terminators clash, it's like world war 3. This movie rocks! Read MoreFolks, action doesn't get better than this. What an achievement. I was impressed with the original, but I'm astounded by this. I was born the year this came out, and this was my first viewing. Arnold is the bomb, enacting a smooth bet by the screenwriter and director by coming back as the good guy to protect John Connor. He still has that gravity about him that, in The Terminator, made him so cruelly evil but here makes him respectable. And, of course, there is Hasta La Vista, Baby. Jason Patrick is great as the opposing and more advanced Trminator sent to kill John Connor. Patrick seems very much adept at playing bad guys. Hamilton and, surprisingly, Furlong are very good. But the miracle of this movie is that unlike its predecessor whose effects were very dated, these effects are amazingly modern and haven't aged but a small bit.
