I'm sure all of you losers have seen Se7en seeing how it is the greatest movie of all time! This movie follows the same concept except w/ a horrible cast and a lame twist. I don't know why they casted that chinese chick from Geisha and Hero, but she was horrible!! I think my mother-in-law could be a better actress! Oh, and yet another movie that portrays a dad as a horrible father figure who's never there for his kids. Please take my advice, skip this movie and watch Se7en again, and if you've never seen Se7en then punch yourself in the face and go rent it.
The Horsemen starts as quite an interesting story. People are getting killed...,the killers are leaving clues on purpose...,and still, it's not clear on what's really going on here. It's enough to make you wanna jump to the end. The problem here is, the more you get to see, the more questions you have. While I'll say that every parent should watch this movie, I still would've liked some of the loose ends tied up at the end. For that, this movie will get an average rating from me.
I like Dennis Quaid and he did fine here as a troubled detective on a particular gruesome case (stomach churning stuff...beware) .
The plot did hold my interest until it came around the middle and around the bend...Too many unanswered questions and things that just did not fit.
I though this was a pretty good movie. Hard to follow at times and pretty gruesome at times but I liked that about it. In all, a very interesting way of making a point about bad/absentee parenting. Do you know what your children are doing?
This movie was a disaster. It was totally confusing, my husband and I started to fall asleep in the middle of it but stayed awake just to see what it was all about...and when it ended we both said " That's it? "...definitely a waste of time, not recommended at all!
Not well written. Just very disturbing images. If you have children of your own, the ending will upset you too much. Started off like the movie was going to be very cool, like Seven. Seems like the writers ran out of steam and ideas and had to wrap it up quickly.
This movie was not only interesting but very entertaining. I will admit it kept me on the edge of my seat. A lot of the scenes were unexpected which of course is always a good thing when it comes to a mystery movie.
