Read More"The Bank Job" offers a suspenseful, artistic, and surprisingly accurate rendition of the 1971 Baker Street Robbery with Jason Statham in one of his best leading roles since his earlier work with Guy Ritchie. With Roger Donaldson's ("No Way Out") direction and interpretation of the script and a charming cast that presents somewhat of a throwback to more classic gang films, "The Bank Job" has plenty of mystery and conspiracy to keep the viewer entertained throughout and even sparks interest in the history behind the depicted events. Read MoreI think that this was a true story makes this movie very interesting, but it took a while for all the pieces to come together. Not that that is a bad thing, but there was nothing to keep you interested until the end. It was very slow until about 2/3's the way through - we almost turned it off a couple of times. Good plot and presentation. A few unexpected twists and turns but overall rather predictable. Still, enjoyed getting lured into the story and watching Jason Statham. The British characters are a great change of pace. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

We turned this movie off. If we wanted to rent a cheesy porn movie, we'd rent it. This movie had threesomes, porn, strippers, you name it. We wanted an action movie, not a porn. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes
