This is one of the few movies that I have watched twice ... I liked it the first time and liked it even more the second time through. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No

Read More I like the actors in this film, but there are a number of problems with the film. First there are massive holes in the story, the plot jumps unpredictably without attempting to give plausible reason for how the characters get from point a to point b. Secondly, the 'outlaws' are spineless. The only one of the 'outlaws' that had any fight in him was executed half way through the film by their own leader!?!. Bad, bad twist of plot there. If you're going to make a vigilante film have the balls to be ruthless but just about it. Don't serve us some ridiculous suburbanite logic about letting the system work, or showing proof. Christ, especially when the villians being let off the hook by the outlaws are plainly guilty and then reinforce their guilt by then executing members of the outlaw gang. Jesus. Don't bother. Rent Death Wish and skip this rubbish. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No

Shows why 'British filmmaking' is a dead art in that country. Simplistic vigilante storyline and amateur-ish hand-held camera filming makes this movie nearly unwatchable (we turned it off after fast forwarding through most of it). I thought Sean Bean and Hoskins were 'reputable' actors, but somehow they got thrown into this low budget college student's film project. Terrible! Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL?
