Read MoreTeeth has been billed as a horror movie, though it is really a black comedy. The movie starts out strong, but then devolves into meaninglessness. The movie is about a proud young virgin who has a set a mutant teeth in her vagina. The first half of the movie features a series of subtle (and not so subtle) allusions to and parodies of teenage sexual inhibitions, teenage sex drive, and the chastity movement. The first half of the movie is incredibly witty, comical, and original. The second half of the movie, however, is about the anti-heroine using her "powers," and this is where the movie collapses "artistically." Some critics have stated (rather strangely) that this is a movie about female empowerment. This movie has nothing whatsoever to do with female empowerment (and if that's what the movie is about, then it's filth). Close this ReviewWAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Before the movie is halfway over I craved to fast forward. The actors are interesting and there are a couple of fun scenes, but overall it became boring and redundant.
