Horror duo Adam Gierasch and Jace Anderson (The Toolbox Murders, Mother of Tears) re-team for this frightener about a group of road-tripping college graduates who are spirited to a mysterious hospital after crashing their car on a lonely Louisiana road. Emily, her boyfriend Bobby, and their good friends Claire and Jude are driving through the darkened Louisiana countryside when their car spins out of control and crashes into a tree. When the ambulance arrives to take them to Mercy Hospital, the traumatized travelers assume that the worst is behind them. But why are there so few doctors at Mercy Hospital, and why are most of the floors empty? As the mystery of this foreboding hospital grows, the weary travels realize that the horror is only beginning. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi
I've seen movies that have the same plot and this was no different. lots of gore
check it out if you want to yell at the actors who do the dumbest things.
This is the worst film of this year's after dark collection. Bad acting, bad story, just bad, bad, bad! Don't waste your time with this one! I would rate it with 0 stars!
This movie falls into that category of horror movie where if you don't get particular about the story & just like some good gory scenes, this movie will not disappoint. It's the only thing I liked about this movie & it made it enjoyable. Otherwise, I would have felt like I wasted my time.
This is one predictable gory horror flick . It's been tried b4 in other movies with more success then this one. DO NOT WASTE your time or money with this movie! Perkins 14 is ten times better!
For the life of it! I have never laughed so hard LOL. It was the most ridiculous thing. Fake Fake Fake!!!! Bad acting, plot boring. Do not waste your time.
The After Dark horrorfests have had good ones and bad. This one was surprisingly enjoyable. It had some of those wonderous morbid laughs that make for one of those fun horror films. The effects weren't bad, and the characters, though annoying at first, gave us some enjoyment as they grew.
Autopsy. Kind of a B rated horror flick. Similar to some of the ones in the 70s. Not frightening at all. Mostly just gore. If you like hack-em up kind of movies, you may like this one.
Forget about the storyline and plot. I give the leading girl (Emily) 4 stars for being fiiiiiine!! If a movie has a sexy female in a lead role, I'll watch it...regardless of cinematic flaws. I guess that's just my 100% heterosexual male hormones talking. HAHA! Seriously though...who really judges cute females "actors" by their acting?!
HAHAHAHAHA!
