After reading most of the reviews, I deceided to go ahead and take it out anyway despite some negative feedback......I should have listened to the negative feedback. It was an OK film, the characters tried "too hard" to do some good acting, and that's what showed, the "trying" part. It lacked charisma, passion, emotion. Jesse Bradford did pretty well given his role, but Elisha Cuthbert needed "spunk". Her character was playful and spunky, Elisha was not, although she tried, again it's the "trying" thing that made it boring. The ending was cute, that's it, cute, I didn't even shed one tear, although the plot for the ending was very endearing and heartwarming (the intentions were, not the actual acting) it didn't bring out the chick flick lover in me. Do I recommend? NOPE.

These are two of the most annoying lead actors I ever saw. No wonder I never heard of this movie before. Shut off after 10 minutes, 9.99 minutes too long. Might be good for 5 year olds though.
