It's actioned-packed, which is an absolute requirement for me from movies, especially those with ANY action in them at all.

I loved it. It is full of action but Ron Perlman adds that edgy humor that makes it special for me. Judging by the last line should we expect Hellboy III? Hope so. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

What makes any superheroe story work, including the first Hellboy, is a theme. "with great power comes great responsibility", "the power of love", "discrimination", or something.
