There was some sex but not much of that and a lot of fighting scenes.

Read More If you're looking for the old James Bond movies with the innovative gadgets, techniques,cars and a very strong and smart villian you will be disappointed in this movie. Sure, there is the actor with the name of James Bond and that's about it. Even the women in the movie don't stand out. I suppose if you want an action film you can be entertained with this film but don't expect to see anything like in the past. I mean even Pierce Brosman and Halle Berry was better than this last one. Maybe if I watched the first one right before watching this one I would have liked it a ¿little¿ more. It seems to have picked up right from the end of the last one and I couldn¿t remember the movie. I seen it and liked it. This movie is just all action and not much of anything else. The story did not keep my interest up at all. A lot of similarities between these two. Both are shuned by their agencies, both have their girlfriends killed, and both want revenge.
Was there a plot? Was there even just one villian? Seemed like most of the movie was about Bond getting revenge on anybody who was involved in his girlfriend's death. Then in the last 20 mins there was some loosely connected plot about water rights in South America.

The plot is solid, and the characters are excellent. There are numerous referrences to old Bond films, some very subtle, others obvious. It helps to have seen the old Bod films recently. Also, make sure you have seen Casino Royale first. In fact it helps to have seen it recently since so much of the plot is a continuation. It is certainly one of the best Bond films ever.
