Read More My teenage daughters watched this for fun and were really bothered by it. I had rented it for my young granddaughters and the teens knew it was a kids movie. Thankfully they screened it first. Apparently the bunny is hates living and the story of his plan to end it. Scenes like dynamite in the mouth may offend and fighten preteens and probably should have had a pg13 rating. It is sad the state of our movie makers if the perception pf entertainment. Dont get it if you have preteens unless you think they can understand morbidity. In a world where kids struggle to survive it is not a good message. Thanks Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Read More My 9 year old son wanted to see this movie so badly that I decided to give it a try. Our 11 and 13 year olds joined in watching the movie thinking that it was going to be a great movie to enjoy together. Well, one by one, our kids slowly started disappearing out of the room due to the movie being so slow and absolutely boring. I thought it was just me and was willing to give the movie a try for the sake of the kids. I didn't find anything offensive about the movie like many others did; there was just nothing humorous, entertaining or anything remotely engaging about the movie. It was just extremely "blah". We ended up turning the movie off a little over halfway through, because I wasn't willing to put myself through the pain of watching it, especially when the kids disengaged from it. It was not a good vs. evil plot at all. It was all about let's be evil. I think the writers of this movie are trying to instill bad things in kids' minds. I was shocked at how the movie blurp on the back of the case carefully did not mention anything that would be questionable.
