This movie was so dull and slow paced I had to skip most of the chapters. I really thought it would be a good film considering all the publicity the movie got. What a big disappointment Slow and Dull.

I enjoyed this movie. Very moving. If you like the movie, read the book by Marianne Pearl. It's even better. Made me much more aware and interested in our relations with other countries, journalism, and terrorism. If you find this all interesting, Angelina Jolie has a great book that is her memoirs from this and other travels that is excellent entitled Notes From My Travels.

The script for this movie was wonderful. Angeline's portryal was excellent, actually everyone in the movie was good. It gave an outsider a liitle more info on things that had occurred with this brillant man and his family. It was heartbreaking to watch yet a tribute to him.
