Read Morei loved this movie. i just saw it and felt that i needed to write, just because i lost my father not long ago and this movie touched me quite a bit. every relationship with son and father is different but i would assume there is something there that everyone can recognize and connect to with losing a any loved one. so difficult. this movie was real and beautiful. Regarding the English issue, hey, I can understand most of what was said, I have had problems in the past understanding heavy Brit accented movies.
So, this is NOT a reason to pass on this film.

I feel this movie does a great job of helping each of us realize what's really important.
I always put subtitles on for the hearing imparied so no problems there.

Well, first of all, you can hardly understand what's being said throughout the movie. Further, it seems like the background music was turned up so loud to cover up bad audio. I don't know. It was a very challenging movie watch. so challenging, I gave up watching it with only 10-15 minutes left. I just couldn't stand it anymore.
I only gave it a one-star because the acting is good. Everything else about this movie just doesn't make much sense. Very depressing too. If I want to get depressed, I'll watch the news! Don't wast your time or money! WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes
