My five year old was also very disapointed- more of a parody than classic Scooby Doo. I wish I had known this before I had requested it.

im not kidding, my 5 year old LOVES scooby doo, at the end of this movie he actually started crying it was so bad. watch it yourself and see what I mean. This movie has no monsters, no mystery, no nothing, its about how shaggy and scooby are trying to get out of the cartoon business and into feature films that expand on scooby's acting talents. no kidding, amazingly bad, see what I mean, or do yourself a favor and skip on this one.
